Venue Hire

Our venue is suitable for all occasions, from just a few, to up to 150 people.  It can be hired for one-off events, or as a regular weekly/monthly booking for your club or organisation’s meetings or planning days.

You can set up the rooms as you like, bring in your own catering supplies and drinks, or arrange off-site caterers.

Venue Facilities

The clubrooms are perfect for a wide variety of functions and events.  Our facilities include:

  • The main hall that looks out onto lawns and gardens, front and back.
  • The lesser hall/meeting room separated from the main hall by sliding doors.
  • A large kitchen including a stove, microwave oven, commercial refrigerator, steel table, crockery and cutlery and much more.
  • A bain marie is available for keeping food warm, and large, portable eskies for your drinks.
  • Shaded sitting areas outside the front and back.
  • Three floodlit lawns.
  • Whiteboard – wall and portable.
  • Sound and vision systems: moveable sound system (connect to Spotify), large TV, microphone etc.
  • Off-road, on-site parking.

Our venue offers very competitive rates.  See the adjacent table for current rates.  

A security bond may be required and all bookings require the payment of a non-refundable $25 booking fee to secure your date.
